With 2009 behind us, many Smith Lake property owners have put their home or property up for sale in 2010. With an abundance of Smith Lake properties available, the savvy lake buyer knows they have some options. Since Jan 1 2010, I have listed several new properties and expect many more as Spring approaches.
The Smith Lake real estate market usually starts picking up after the Birmingham Boat Show which is held the week of January 23rd. This seems to spur interest for the lake in general.
We expect 2010 to be a great year for Smith Lake property!
