The Real Estate Market---Fall 2009

The real estate market on Smith Lake has been quite interesting this year. With a few foreclosures and short sales on Smith Lake, we have seen an increase in buying opportunities. Also, the water levels at Smith Lake are near Summer pool. I have never seen the lake this high in the Fall!
